Just LOVE Twitter. You find such cool stuff there. Here's an idea that's been percolating in my brain pan for years. One day soon, hope to do this technique on a few hat bands, and yes, some felted hats too. This is a "snapshot" of ideas. Will have to do more research for patterns. Want to get more needle felting deco experience under my belt first.
